Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform, and no credit card is required to begin. You'll only be billed if you choose to continue. Prefer to stay free? The Free plan lets a single user manage up to 500 leads at no cost, for as long as you like.
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — there are no long-term contracts on Starter or Professional.
You pay only for active seats. Add or remove users as your team changes and your bill adjusts at the next cycle. The listed prices are billed annually; monthly billing is available at a slightly higher rate. Prices are illustrative and configurable to your deployment.
Yes — and we recommend it. WhatsApp runs on your own Meta Cloud API number, email on your own mail provider, and AI assist on your own Anthropic key. Any provider usage costs pass through at cost, with no markup from us. AI assist is included on Professional and Enterprise.
